Smutný životní příběh, zklamání nad kvalitou potravin a láska k vaření / a k jídlu :-)/ mě přivedly ke vstupu na marmeládový trh. Založila jsem 1. Marmeládovnu v Praze, kde s neutuchajícím nadšením vznikají delikatesy z těch nejkvalitnějších surovin a ingrediencí. Vaříme více jak 80 druhů džemů a marmelád. Jsou originální, chuťovně vyvážené, při výrobě absolutně eliminujeme jakákoli chemická aditivita, barviva či konzervanty. Celý proces, od čištění ovoce až po popis na skleničce je poctivá ruční práce. O tom, že jsem se vydala tou správnou cestou mě denně ujišťují stovky spokojených zákazníků. Naše produkty najdete na pultech obchodů, kde si hlídají kvalitu potravin, pochutnávají si na nich mimojiné i hosté vyhlášených pražských hotelů, oceňují je michelinští šéfkuchaři pan Radek Kašpárek nebo pan Roman Paulus. A co je pro mě velmi důležité - snídají je i moje děti. A jako každá máma chci svým dětem dávat jen to nejlepší ! I founded the 1st Marmalade Factory in Prague, where delicacies are created with unwavering enthusiasm from the highest quality raw materials and ingredients. We cook more than 80 types of jams and marmalades. They are original, balanced in taste, and we absolutely eliminate any chemical additives, dyes or preservatives during production. The entire process, from cleaning the fruit to the description on the glass, is honest manual work. Hundreds of satisfied customers assure me every day that I have taken the right path.
